Blind Conceit by Star Parker

They have no fear of God at all.
2In their blind conceit,
they cannot see how wicked they really are.
3Everything they say is crooked and deceitful.
They refuse to act wisely or do good.
4They lie awake at night, hatching sinful plots.
Their actions are never good.
They make no attempt to turn from evil.

Just heard Mark Levin interview Star Parker about her book called Blind Conceit. The above scripture from Psalms is where she got the title.
She was very impressive, was present at the prayer breakfast, and gave her firsthand reaction and how the president’s comments just sucked the air right out of the room.
But if that quote from the Bible does not describe to a “T” the state of those who seem to have latched onto this country, I don’t know what does. They have no shame and don’t even know how wicked they really are. Will Brian Williams be fired? No. No shame. Will he resign? No. No shame. They are all making up stories and have been for a long time.
Think I’ll have to get this book.

God got honorable mention at prayer breakfast

The dictator in chief and egomaniac made his appearance at the prayer breakfast this morning – I think it was a bit too early for him.  Check out this picture to see how thrilled he was to be there.  http://alturl.com/8p3co.

And, as usual, it’s all about him.  A quick count is about 100 references to “I, me, my” and about 15 references to God or a Higher Power and a few scriptures.  He can’t help it.  It’s who he is. The rest of this was recycled.

Well, this is choice, and I apologize.  I had posted his speech from 2011, which I have now  deleted.  And it all sounded recycled to me.   So I haven’t had time to go over this one.  It’s probably not worth the time, but maybe I will.  At a glance, it seems to not be so self-centered, and it is much shorter.

Here’s a copy of the one he gave this morning.  http://alturl.com/xijb7.
