Keith Olbermann out

9:43 p.m. | Updated Keith Olbermann, the highest-rated host on MSNBC, announced abruptly on the air Friday night that he is leaving “Countdown with Keith Olbermann” immediately.

Well, look for him to show up in the Obama administration soon.  I joked he would replace Robert Gibbs, but I would not be surprised.  Or at the Daily Kos.  He spent a lot of time guest blogging over there anyway.

Joke of the Day: “MSNBC is a news operation” says Maddow

This is is rich.  Rachel Maddow, says:  “MSNBC is not a political operation.  Fox is.  We are a news operation.” 🙂  🙂  🙂

Now, Rachel it’s just not right to lie.  I guess it’s easy though if the truth is not in you.

She is so focused on finding something to criticize Fox about that she either can’t see or does not care what her own network does.

What a circus this network is.  Just throw a tent over it.  She was able to find one incident where someone asked for money on FOX.  As you will see in the video, there are so many times a candidate asked for money and referenced a website on MSNBC it’s just too many to count.  Right after she makes that profound statement, uh, lie, whoever put the clips together inserted one word used by suspended clown Keith Olbermann – “fart.”  Oh, the depth of thought…..That just about says it all as to MSNBC being a professional news operation

Thank goodness at least one money hawker on MSNBC, Alan Grayson, D-FL, was defeated and maybe we won’t have to hear from him again.

Ms Maddow’s examples of this happening on FNC? A grand total of: one. John Kasich, appearing on Hannity, gave out his website URL and encouraged donations. It’s the only example Maddow gave because it’s the one Media Matters cited. That’s called ‘journalism’.

H/T to Johnny Dollar and Big Journalism.

Geese in formation over Restoring Honor rally

Keith Olbermann was making fun of Glenn calling this a “miracle” when the geese flew over about a minute before 10:00 on Saturday.

Reminded me of this flyover of Air Force One in April of last year scaring the living daylights out of lower Manhattan —- ordered by the white house for a photo op.

Mosque supporter curses old man – Pataki tries reason on Chris Matthews

First video is an example of a “loving liberal” mosque supporter cursing out an old man.  Talk about hate speech, anti-Semitism, bigoted intolerance of other opinions, and just plain meanness, this seems to be the spirit of the far left radicals.  Warning:  numerous obscenities are not bleeped out.

Below, Chris Matthews takes on Former Governor of New York, Pataki.  Using reason, Pataki won the debate against Matthews and Eugene Robinson hands down on every point.

See Newsbusters for the full video and a complete transcript.

And about Rauf being at Daniel Pearl’s funeral, Daniel’s father says “move the mosque.”.

Keith Olbermann: “That’s your G.D. death panels, Sarah Palin”

(Either You Tube or Word Press is preventing me from embedding videos)

“Help. Help. Help. Help.  Ghouls and sub-humans, fiends.  It’s a life panel and damn those who call it otherwise to hell.  That’s your goddam death panels, Sarah Palin.”

The weirdest display I have ever seen:  Keith Olbermann’s special comment on the eve of the Health Care Summit.  He has used his father as the ultimate ultra sob story to promote health care.

I have known he is insane for some time now.

Only after seeing the democrat’s performance yesterday and all the emotional stories they told to try to sell their plan was I able to really appreciate this.  I am sure Keith got the talking points.

I don’t believe he was on last night.  My sympathies to his father and I hope he gets better.  I hope Keith is being watched.  He needs help.

Keith Olbermann: “Jail me if you must”

Well, Lord have mercy.

Keith Olbermann threatens civil disobedience in light of “federally-mandated insurance.” “Fine me if you will.  Jail me if you must.” Has he joined the Tea Party movement?

From his program last night:

KEITH OLBERMANN: Health care reform that benefits the industry at the cost of the people is intolerable and there are no moral constructs in which it can be supported. And if still the bill, and this heinous mandate become law, there is yet further reaction required. I call on all those whose conscience urges them to fight to use the only weapon that will left to us if this bill as currently constituted becomes law. We must not buy federally-mandated insurance, if this cheesy counterfeit of reform is all we can buy. No single payer? No sale. No public option? No sale. No Medicare buy-in? No sale.

I am one of the self-insured, albeit by choice. And I hereby pledge that I will not buy this perversion of health-care reform. Pass this at your peril, senators. And sign it at yours, Mr. President. I will not buy this insurance. Brand me a law-breaker if you choose. Fine me if you will. Jail me if you must.

This is getting good.  🙂

GIBBS: Watch FOX at 5:00 and 9:00

Watch FOX.  Along with millions…..

White House Press Secretary joined others in the administration in the petty move against FOX News and suggested that Jake Tapper watch 5:00 and 9:00 p. m. programming.

On MSNBC you could also tune in and see the most blatantly biased programs on tv, i.e.: Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow. Yet those two were invited to the special meeting at the White House, while they did not invite anyone from FOX. Pathetically Petty.

Then yesterday when the Pay Czar was to make his announcements, FOX was not invited – no representative of FOX. Well, thank you, the other networks refused to appear unless they withdrew the boycott and invited FOX as well.

The White House backs down. I think they forgot that this is America, not some socialist or communist country where the leader can shut out the press and shut down free speech. Much credit goes to the media at large for not allowing this to proceed.

Join the rest of America in watching FOX.
