More Casey unbelivable stuff

Casey sentencing:

In the video below, Casey is at sentencing and at the defense table, in a nice soft looks like blue to me colored pull over shirt, hair down, smiling at times, gesturing, messing with her hair and from about 24.00 she is talking to Ms. Sims in what seems a rather serious conversation, But at about 25.32 she looks up and sees Jose Baez as he walks in.   From there on for a while, it is their interaction that is worth the price of admission.  My.  My.  I was watching this in real time and I have searched and searched for a shorter video to show this segment, but so far, this is the best I can find – a video of the whole thing, so I tried to pinpoint this particular part.

Later in the day, lightning struck a tree at Suburban Drive close to the spot where Caylee’s body was found.

The tree is about five feet off the pavement on Suburban Drive and the memorial is another 10 to 15 feet beyond that. A short trail which leads down into the woods to the memorial site is essentially at the foot of the tree, according to FOX 35 Orlando in Orange County.

Just a coincidence, I am sure, as thousands of trees are hit by lightning, but it is the place and the time of this one that give you pause.

Jose Baez has already been dropped by a talent agency, and I hear that Vivid has withdrawn the offer made to Casey to “star” in some poro flicks.  This case could go either way.  Maybe they’ll make a bunch of money on it – and maybe not.

I dunno, but it looks like Somebody might be interceding for Caylee.

Casey Anthony’s one-armed man defense

From Orlando Sentinel:

Casey Anthony’s defense attorneys appeared this morning on NBC’s Today Show and compared their client with the lead character from the popular 1960s TV show, The Fugitive.

In that television show, actor David Janssen plays Dr. Richard Kimble. He blames a one-armed man for the murder of his wife, but no one believes him and he is convicted in her death. Kimble runs from the law but is vindicated in the end.

“The person who seemed to be so guilty that the locals have made this person so guilty,” attorney Linda Kenney Baden told Today Show host Meredith Vieira. “He was so hated and he ran from the law and it turns out he was innocent. In this case, we believe our client [Anthony] is innocent.”

Anthony claims Caylee was kidnapped by her babysitter, Zenaida Gonzalez, who investigators think does not exist.

“The comparison [to the television show] is for everyone has to wait. You have to stop saying someone is guilty,” Baden said.

Lead defense attorney Jose Baez said “it’s her [Anthony] against the world.”

I didn’t catch the Today Show this morning.  Did anyone watch it?  This seems like desperation to me.
