The Benghazi Report | The Weekly Standard

Wow. No wonder the Obama wants to focus so intently on Ferguson. They so want to put Benghazi to bed because it is so very damning and our “representatives” at least a bunch on them, are right with him.

Surely, everything that is based on lies will eventually fall. Because of this whitewash of the Intelligence Committee, it makes it even that much more important that Trey Gowdy continues his investigation.

Boehner and Obama, both lazy

A former Republican Congressman who worked closely with House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) during the last decade has attacked Bohner as a “lazy” lawmaker who is more interested in “golf, women, cigarettes, fun, and alcohol” than policy or legislating.

Too funny.  This is what we have running the country.  No wonder Boehner and obama can’t come to an agreement.  They are a couple of lazy bums.

Republican House passes bill extending payroll tax cuts

WASHINGTON — Defiant Republicans pushed legislation through the House Tuesday night that would keep alive Social Security payroll tax cuts for some 160 million Americans at President Barack Obama’s request — but also would require construction of a Canada-to-Texas oil pipeline that has sparked a White House veto threat.

Passage, on a largely party-line vote of 234-193, sent the measure toward its certain demise in the Democratic-controlled Senate, triggering the final partisan showdown of a remarkably quarrelsome year of divided government.

The legislation “extends the payroll tax relief, extends and reforms unemployment insurance and protects Social Security — without job-killing tax hikes,” Republican House Speaker John Boehner declared after the measure had cleared.  http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/economy/republicans-plan-to-push-payroll-tax-cut-bill-through-house-despite-white-house-veto-threat/2011/12/13/gIQAZJRYsO_print.html

Now, let’s see what kind of lies and deception will come from the democrats on this one.  Either Harry Reid will sit on it in the Senate as he has most every other bill the House has sent him, or the alleged president will veto it, as he has threatened.  They don’t care one whit about the payroll tax reduction.  They don’t care one whit about the American people.  It’s their way or the highway.

Boehner invites representatives of businesses to the BHO “jobs” speech (Updated)

Very interesting.  Speaker Boehner has invited guests from the small business community to the Obama speech tonight.

The Speaker’s guests are all employers who have run into unnecessary Washington-made barriers as they’ve tried to create jobs – barriers that will be addressed by legislation scheduled for action in the House this fall as part of the House Republican Plan for America’s Job Creators.

The list includes the CEO of Gibson Guitar, a farmer, CEO of a cement company, a mortgage company and others.  See a complete list at Gateway Pundit.

I wish he would allow each of them to speak.

O.M.G. Copycat.

“Uh, uh, look, I’ve got a bracelet, too.”

(See McCain’s remarks that preceeded this for full context )http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRsjkkmnPcU

Obama has invited a whole of bunch of people, including union boss, Richard Trumka, to sit with Michelle.  Maybe he is afraid of all those sons of bitches so he’s bringing his thugs with him.  🙂

See list here:

(P.S. I just read that it is common for the president to invite guests to the SOU, but that’s just the way it struck me that he copied Boehner because I didn’t see his list until late this afternoon.)

Whatever the case, he is a copycat.  The republicans put out a plan called  Plan for America’s Job Creators and he then calls his plan The American Jobs Act.  And can you believe that he AGAIN brought up Warren Buffett and his taxes when Buffett’s company owes a BILLION dollars in back taxes.  Do you think he is so ill informed that he does not know that???  http://www.businessinsider.com/obama-supporter-warren-buffetts-co-hasnt-paid-some-taxes-since-2002-2011-8

Is Obama classless or just dumb in ignoring protocol?

“It’s unfortunate the White House ignored decades — if not centuries — of the protocol of working out a mutually agreeable date and time before making any public announcement.”

Only Obama – classless Obama – would force a public confrontation over a date for this recycled economy speech.

Now suddenly after a silly and costly bus tour and a ten day vacation, the jobs speech (not jobs, just the jobs speech) has become urgent.

Watch for it:  “Infrastructure Bank.”  another slush fund.  https://bellalu0.wordpress.com/2011/08/05/what-is-the-infrastructure-bank-i-think-its-obama-speak-for-high-speed-rail/

It is not worthy of a joint session of congress in no way, shape, or form.  But not to check with the Speaker of the House before announcing a date according to protocol just shows the utmost arrogance of Mr. Obama and his staff.  Plus I don’t think they even know protocol as has been demonstrated in the past.  So maybe he’s classless and dumb.
