New York Magazine asks: “Who is the world’s most glamorous presidential spouse?”

More importantly, after this past week, I am wondering, who is the new leader of the free world?

“Historic” handshake between Obama and Chavez

Well, President Obama bows to the Saudi king, he plays footsy with Castro, and now a high-five and a handshake for Hugo Chavez.

I hear now there is a second encounter today where Chavez presented the president with a book entitled Open Veins of Latin America by Eduardo Galeano, where the author spends over 300 pages expounding on the “horrors” and “injustices” that the western world has plagued on Latin America.

CB Trinidad Americas Summit Obama

So should we be surprised at our president?  No.  It was all there to see before the election – from his own statements to those he has chosen as associates and mentors through his relatively few years of adult life.  So it really does not surprise me, just sickens me to see it.  And the only criticism our president seems to have is criticisms of his own country while bowing and scraping to thugs in other countries.

Before the election there were some facts that should have been made known by the media, but were not.  Instead, the MSM played down connections that I believe are important.

See interesting fact here and some more Here.

Why You Should Not Vote for Barack Obama

This is Barack Obama and proven, in your face, facts:
  • Drug use, marijuana and cocaine, admitted, actually bragged about it.
  • Jeremiah Wright, racist and anti-American preacher and mentor of 20 years, named his book after his sermon, married them, etc.  Obama admitted Wright’s remarks were incendiary.  The unforgivable aspect of Jeremiah Wright is the fact he has taught his people and his youth for 25 to 30 years to hate others and this country.
  • Black Liberation Theology, rooted in Marxism. He wrote about in his book and has declared that he is a devout Christian, but Trinity United Church of Christ and Jeremiah Wright are poor Christian credentials.
  • Michael Pfleger and James Meeks, two other racist clergymen who he named, along with Wright, as his mentors.
  • William Ayers, domestic terrorist, member of Weather Underground that bombed American buildings as the pentagon and the capitol. Obama launched his political career in his home. Sat on boards with him, distributed “boo koo” grant money for him but said “oh, golly, gee, he was only a guy in the neighborhood.”
  • Ayers wife, Bernadine, is a convicted felon. Convicted of refusing to testify in the case against the Weather Underground’s commission of the Brinks Robbery in which three people were killed.
  • Tony Rezko and the shady home deal. Obama called it boneheaded.
  • His ties to ACORN and his own experience as a “community organizer.”
  • His own vice-president, Joe Biden, said, the world is watching, Obama will be tested.  There will be an international crisis.
  • Now he is saying he wants to spread the wealth around and expressing his belief that the Constitution has a fatal flaw and the founding fathers had a enormous blind spot – The Constitution he would be sworn to Preserve, Protect, and Defend.
  • Just today, it comes to light that his paternal Aunt mentioned in his book is in the United States illegally living in public housing.  She has contributed to the Obama campaign, which is illegal and which contribution has now supposedly been returned to her. Bet she’s on welfare, also, and I think we better check to see if she is also registered to vote, maybe even voted.  Oh, but he barely knows her.

There’s more, but this is enough. Any ONE of these should have disqualified him to even run for President, and if the Mainstream Media had not been in his pocket, he would have been forced to drop out.

Anybody remember Gary Hart? Had to withdraw from the race over an extramarital affair.

Another point:

In April of this year, Congressman Geoff Davis of Kentucky said:

U.S. Rep. Geoff Davis, a Hebron Republican, compared Obama and his message for change similar to a “snake oil salesman” [at a Northern Kentucky Lincoln Day dinner].

He said in his remarks at the GOP dinner that he also recently participated in a “highly classified, national security simulation” with Obama.

“I’m going to tell you something: That boy’s finger does not need to be on the button,” Davis said. “He could not make a decision in that simulation that related to a nuclear threat to this country.”

He had to apologize for the remark. Not because he said he didn’t want Obama near the nuclear button but because  he referred to him as “that boy.”  I think somebody missed the point here.  He said Obama could not decide what to do in a nuclear simulation they had participated in.

Save America. Vote McCain/Palin

Barack Obama – Just the FACTS

There are some rumors out there about Barack Obama – absolutely.  And there are for sure some facts as well.  The following are some of the FACTS.  Some of these I have taken from good sources, and some of them we all know are facts from personal experience if we have been paying the slightest attention to the news as it has unfolded.

1. FACT:  Born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii, at either Queens Medical Center or Kapiolani Medical Center.  (We know he WAS born, we just don’t know exactly where.)

2.  FACT:  His father was Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., of Luo ethnicity, Nyangoma-Kogelo, Siaya District, Kenya.  His father’s mother is a devout Muslim by her own declaration.

3.  FACT:  His mother was Stanley Ann Dunham.  (See my post:  Obama’s Mother, A Closer Look.)

3.  FACT:  His father, Barack, Sr., married at 18 a girl named Kezia in Kenya.  At 23 he married Barack’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, still married to Kezia and leaving her behind in Kenya with a son and pregnant.  He later had two more children by Kezia.  He had a third wife, Ruth, while still legally married to Kezia and Stanley Ann.  He had two children with Ruth and an eighth child by yet another woman.

4.  FACT:  Barack lived his entire childhood either in Indonesia or Hawaii with his mother, her second husband, and his grandparents, Ann’s parents.  This is his “typical white person” grandmother he referred to shortly after his race speech.

5.   FACT:  After graduating in Hawaii from high school, Barack came to mainland United States, and after a short stay in California and New York, he ended up in Chicago.  There he became a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ and began his association with the pastor, Jeremiah Wright, where they proudly proclaim the Black Liberation Theology, and where he remained a member for some 20 years. See

6.  FACT:  In a 2004 interview with the Chicago Sun-Times, Obama mentioned three men as his spiritual advisers, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Father Michael Pfleger, and  Illinois State Senator, James Meeks. He is quoted as stating that these three men helped him keep his spiritual compass set.

First and formost is the Reverand Jeremiah Wright who was Obama’s inspiration for his book and his mentor and pastor for 20 years.  I am sure everyone has seen the videos of him.    But the other two, Pfleger and Meeks are not that well publicized.  See Wright here for an example of his incendiary sermons:

Now, bear in mind that Barack, as a church member, would be seated among the cheering crowd in the pews.  Was he, too, cheering, clapping, and standing in enthusiastic approval of Wright’s words?  It is also noted and not often brought out that Reverand Wright was not only his pastor but was chosen by Obama as a member of his campaign Spiritual Advisory Committee.

Father Pfleger (who is a Louis Farrakhan ally) whose church in Chicago has received at least $225,000 in federal grants and until recently was connected with the Obama campaign, which flew him to Iowa to host an interfaith forum.  Listen to Father Pfleger here for his discussion of race from the Trinity United Church pulpit:

The third mentor, Illinois Senator James Meeks, another Chicago pastor, has generated controversy for mixing the pulpit and politics.  Listen here for a sample of Meeks:

7.  FACT:  The February 12, 2006, edition of Trinity United Church of Christ news magazine, The Trumpet, featured on its cover Barack Obama, Louis Farrakhan, Rev. Wright, Elijah Mohammad, founder of Nation of Islam, and others.

8.  FACT:  Rev. Wright and the church gave Farrakhan the Lifetime Achievement Award  and Farrakhan is on the cover of The Trumpet Nov/Dec 2007 edition.  When asked about his association with Farrakhan at his National Press Club appearance, Rev. Wright said, “well, he’s not the one who put me in chains.”   At this appearance, Rev. Wright also reaffirmed his view that the U. S. government may have initiated the AIDS epidemic to wipe out minorities,  as well as praised Nation of Islam leader, Louis Farrakhan.

7.  FACT:  Rev. Wright and Minister Farrakhan traveled together to Libya in the 1980’so visit Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi.

8.   FACT:  Rev. Wright was disinvited by Obama to give invocation at his presidential announcement, but he was a part of his campaign and was serving on the Obama campaign African American Religious Leadership Committee until the “God damn America” videos surfaced.

9.  FACT:  Obama finally announced he was leaving the Trinity Church, where he had been married and his children had been baptized, just a few weeks ago — very reluctantly.  And I quote:  “This is not a decision that I come to lightly, and frankly it’s one that I made with some sadness.”

And one that he made only after his long-time friend and spiritual adviser, Father Pfleger, as a visiting speaker at the Trinity United Church of Christ, had mocked Senator Hillary Clinton from the pulpit by stating she thought she had “white entitlement” to the presidency.

Obama Mentor #3 ~ James Meeks

James Meeks is Pastor of Salem Baptist Church in Chicago.

And just in CASE anyone has been wondering about James Meeks, the third man named by Senator Obama as a spiritual adviser, just listen to the above video clip.

“Another person Obama says he seeks out for spiritual counsel is state Sen. James Meeks, who is also the pastor of Chicago’s Salem Baptist Church. The day after Obama won the primary in March, he stopped by Salem for Wednesday-night Bible study.”   Again, from the 2004 interview with Senator Obama in the Chicago Sun-Times.,obamafalsani040504.article

Obama’s Spiritual Guide, Father Pfleger, Speaks Out

We have heard from Jeremiah Wright, but listen to THIS from Father Michael Pfleger, one of Obama’s three spiritual mentors.  In a 2004 interview, Out of his OWN MOUTH, Barack Obama named Jeremiah Wright, Michael Pfleger, and James Meeks as his spiritual advisers.  From that 2004 interview with the Chicago Sun-Times:   “Friends and advisers, such as the Rev. Michael Pfleger, pastor of St. Sabina Roman Catholic Church in the Auburn- Gresham community on the South Side, who has known Obama for the better part of 20 years, help him keep that compass set, he says.”,obamafalsani040504.article

You can’t miss the cheering from the congregation.

Nation of Islam leader, Louis Farrakhan and Father Michael Pfleger embrace recently before Farrakhan speaks at Pfleger’s church in Chicago.
