Hannity interviews George Zimmerman

Well, FOX just pulled an ABC/CNN editing job on the Zimmerman interview.

I think Zimmerman has been treated horribly by the media, but I’m not sure he did himself any favors last night.  Overall, he was flat and made some statements that are going to haunt him.  I’m wondering what’s with these attorneys allowing their clients to go on tv for interviews, as in this case and also in Sandusky.

I felt the following statements were going to be picked up for replay and they are cold:

Hannity: “Is there anything that you regret? Do you regret getting out of the  car to follow Trayon that night?”

Zimmerman:  No, sir.

Hannity asked. “Do you regret that you had a gun that night?”

“No, sir,” Zimmerman, 28, replied. “I feel that it was all God’s plan and not for me to second-guess it or judge it.”

(Cringe)  That is a stunning statement.

FOX just played this clip, but they cut it off just before the “I feel that it was all God’s plan…..”

I don’t know what he meant by that, because how could it have been “all God’s plan?”  But whatever he meant, he did say it and it should not have been edited out.  Misleading.  That does not accurately inform the person who did not watch the interview.

P. S.:  Well, now they are doing a segment discussing the “God’s plan” quote, but still the tape was edited to exclude it earlier this morning.

Sandusky guilty on 45 counts, finally in jail

What’s next?  There are at least three Penn State officials left to be dealt with – Tim Curley, Gary Schultz, and Graham Spanier, civil suits for sure, and more victims to be discovered.  I heard someone say that if 10 have identified themselves, there are probably at least a 100 more.  Now his own adopted son is coming forward with accusations of abuse.   The next hearing in the case is July 11th.  http://alturl.com/q5y53

It is sickening to hear of Penn State now making all these moves to make sure something like this never happens again, as if that wipes it all away.  After 20, 30, or even 40 years Now they make new rules.  Hog wash.  For at least the last 20 years, the same people have been in charge at Penn State and the Second Mile and they knew.

My question is:  Where is Victim #2 and Victim #8?  These were the two “eye witness” incidents.  They are now missing or at the very least unidentified.  And where is District Attorney Gricar, now declared dead, but with no body ever found?  There are many deep dark secrets here.

Matt Sandusky says he was abused by his adopted father

http://fandaily.info/news/matt-sandusky-is-jerry-sanduskys-son-photos/

Interesting development as the jury is out deliberating, Matt Sandusk says he was molested and was prepared to take the witness stand if his father testified.  I don’t find this too ususual that they would hold out this ace in the hole to come back with if Sandusky took the stand.  After all, they already had 10 victims and some 50 counts.  Seems overwhelimg to me, although it was not possible to see the witnesses as they testified, since no cameras were in the courtroom.

See the above link for pictures of Matt as a young man and as a boy.  Seeing the pictures of the victims as boys is just heartbreaking.  There’s two video clips at that link also, from NBC and  they seemed to put forth the idea that the case was weak and the state’s arguments were weak and rambling and presenting some old lady saying there is room for doubt.  If NBC puts forth this idea, that must mean he is guilty as sin.  (Take the opposite of whatever NBC says, and you get the truth.)

Another great site with pictures:  http://alturl.com/mjtdx

The jury has asked to have repeated the testimony of Mike McQueary and Dr. Jonathan Dranov which will be done in the morning.

Victim #1 provides emotional testimony in Sandusky child rape trial

Victim #1 takes the stand today.  Victim 1 is the most recent incident, and he is only 18 as of this date.  He was the victim who first told about the abuse.

The sobs from the witness stand were loud and prolonged, the cracking voice of Victim No. 1 in the Jerry Sandusky child sexual molestation trial gasping for breath as he detailed repeated acts of oral sex with the former Penn State defensive coordinator.

Now 18, the witness sat with his hands clasped in his lap, leaned into a microphone and slowly, painfully and purposefully delivered his disturbing memories of being an 11-, 12-year-old boy, alone with Sandusky on the waterbed in Sandusky’s State College basement.

The sighs and sniffs echoed around a rapt Centre County Courtroom as jurors looked on, a couple noticeably disturbed. A few grimaced at the retelling and shook their heads.

For more details, see:  http://sports.yahoo.com/news/ncaaf–jerry-sandusky-trial-victim-no-1-joe-amendola-second-day-penn-state–.html

Eye witness, Mike McQueary, is testifying this afternoon.  He is testifying as to Victim #2.  Victim #2 is unidentified at this time.

Spanier to be charged? Emails between Spanier, Schultz, and Curley come to light in Sandusky case

Investigators are mulling whether to bring charges against former Penn State president Graham Spanier for possibly helping to cover up child abuse allegations against Jerry Sandusky, according to a new report.

Authorities have “major new evidence,” including emails between Spanier, former university vice president Gary Schultz and ex-athletic director Tim Curley, NBC News reported Monday.

Schultz and Curley have pleaded not guilty to perjury charges for allegedly lying to a grand jury about what they were told about Sandusky’s alleged conduct.

One email between Spanier and Schultz reportedly concluded with them agreeing it would be “humane” not to tell authorities about possible child molestation by the assistant football coach in 2001.

There is absolutely no telling how deep and how dark this thing goes.
Cover up?  There is no doubt, and for all those years where there were more victims, it was known what was going on with Sandusky.  The latest victim (Victim #1), the boy who brought this all to light, is only 18 years old today.
What is not made clear is the fact that Jerry Sandusky did not work for Penn State in any capacity since 1999.  June 1999
Sandusky retires from Penn State but still holds emeritus status.
He was given an office and unlimited access to university facilities by the university.
And Spanier goes to work for the federal government (no surprise):  http://www.pennlive.com/midstate/index.ssf/2012/04/post_340.html

NBC news issued a national report this morning citing legal sources who said more charges are likely and could include former Penn State President Graham Spanier.

Report:  The report said investigators have “major new evidence” including emails exchanged in 2001 by Spanier and university officials Gary Schultz and Tim Curley, both already facing charges of perjury and failure to report a crime.  http://pennstate.247sports.com/Board/18/Report-Graham-Spanier-to-be-charged-10080541/1

Sandusky trial to begin Monday – At the time of his arrest, Obama speaks out on Penn State boy rape scandal

With the Jerry Sandusky jury picked and his trial to begin on Monday, 6.11.12, I was reminded of the president’s uh, uh, and uh, response to Sandusky’s arrest, video at link below.

Obama speaks out on Penn State boy rape scandal.

The president of Penn State (at the time and since 1995) was Graham Spanier, who resigned in the wake of the Sandusky arrest.  Interesting that he was considered by obama for Secretary of Education in 2009.  Also interessting is how Spanier’s name was barely mentioned in the coverage of this case, even though he was ultimately responsible for what happened on that campus, and to this day, I’ll bet very few people would be able to tell you who Spanier is/was.

More facts and documents in the Martin/Zman case

I found more raw documents in the case.  This link contains police reports, witness statements, ballistics, toxicology, and DNA results.

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/120698339/Florida-v-George-Zimmerman—Evidence-released-to-public-May-17_-2012

A few highlights:

  • THC 1.5 ng/mL
  • THC-COOH (Carboxy) 7.3 ng/mL

FDLE Report:

Trayvon was wearing

  • One light grey Nike sweatshirt
  • One dark grey Fruit of the Loom hooded sweatshirt
  • “Each sweatshirt displays a hole located in the upper left chest area. The areas around these holes were microscopically examined and chemically processed for the presence of gunshot residues  Both holes display residues and physical effects consistent with a contact shot.”

Like I mentioned in the previous post, Lawrence Kobilinsky said the Medical Examiner’s autopsy, which says “intermediate”, 1 to 18 inches would trump the FDLE ballistics report above.  But in a way they are both saying the same thing, one saying “contact” the other saying as close as 1 inch.  (Even though he whipped out a measuring stick to indicate just how “far” 18 inches could be…..)  Then they showed a diagram showing them both standing up with Zimmerman pointing the gun to further muddy the waters, even though by all accounts they were both on the ground, with one witness saying Martin was on top, straddling Zman and hitting him “MMA.”

The report of “bloody knuckles,” though, is not right.  There was an abrasion on Trayvon’s left ring finger 1/4 x 1/8 inch and doesn’t qualify as bloody knuckles. (I heard somebody say it was 1/4 x 8 inches.  Honestly, they just get on and blabber on and I don’t think some of these “experts” have even read the reports.)   The illustrative diagram also clearly shows that it is not very big.

The media is/are so shameless in their deceptions.

They don’t want to let go of their narrative.  And some accounts are clinging to the “it could have been avoided if Zimmerman had not gotten out of the truck.”  Well, of course, it could have, but it could have been avoided if he had not gotten into the truck in the first place, if he had not gotten up that morning, and if Trayvon had stayed in his apartment and not gone to the store.  That might sound good on tv but it won’t stand up in court.

They report said it could not be determined whose voice it was yelling for help.

There was blood, his own blood, on Zman’s shirt, I believe it was bout 16 stains that tested positive for blood.

A lot still remains to be cleared up.

P. S.:  Something just occurred to me.  I doubt these documents have addresses, but I am wondering if Trayvon Martin actually lived in this community.  It has been assumed or indicated that he did, but he was shot on the 26th but did not have any identification on him.  It was the 28th before his father identified him.  If there is a person killed on the grounds of your community and there’s police, et cetera, there for hours if not days investigating and questioning witnesses, you would think his father would have known right away it was his son.  Just a thought…..It would be relevant whether he lived there or not.
