Gallup poll: Obama approval rating going down, down, down

Dropped 3 points from Thursday to Friday

President Barack Obama’s approval rating sank to a new low Friday, according to Gallup’s daily presidential tracking poll.

Just 40 percent of Americans say they approve of Obama’s performance as president. That is down three percentage points from Thursday.

Change may have finally come to Washington

Thank you, Tea Party.  They say these new tea party congressmen may not even care if they are re-elected.  Can you imagine that?  They came to Washington to cut spending.  They are putting country above party and country above their own careers, principle above useless compromise. 

I say by doing this, they will without a doubt be re-elected.  They could even rise in their political careers.  Sometimes you just have to do what’s right and take the consequences, good or bad. 

Instead of getting blamed, they should be taking credit.
