And they now want the Republicans to stand up and condemn the threats? After they blocked them out, conspired behind closed doors, and used every gimmick known to man to pass this bill. They should say nothing. That is just an Alinsky tactic, “hold them to their own values” while they go about using any means necessary to achieve their goals.
Isn’t it just amazing how that works? The democrats get everybody riled up by their sleezy ways, and they want to pass responsibility to the republicans, cast the spotlight anywhere but on themselves where it belongs.
Well, it passed. It is now law. The goal has been met.
I thought they were giddy about it. But I don’t think they feel too good about how it was done.
Something is not right about this frenzy now going on. Everything was peaceful, no problems, no nothing, until suddenly out of the blue, Saturday it was reported somebody in a crowd used the N word and the F word and all in the space of a few minutes.
Of course, when they have to bleep the Vice President of the United States, it’s just all tee hee funny. Gee, just ole Joe again.
All these men have made it to the highest level of government, powerful men, and so I don’t believe they have been discriminated against in any way. They have a pretty good life and they chose to walk right down through the crowd, almost as if to taunt the people.
Don’t you think the tea partiers deserve, as United States citizens, their presumption of innocence? Give us some proof or shut up about it.
And if they are afraid to go home to their districts, after consistently smearing their constituents, then so be it. It does not surprise me. Pretty funny, actually. What goes around comes around.
American citizens have a right to peacefully assemble in the nation’s capitol while so-called laws are being passed inside that they don’t want. They can wave all the flags they want to, and they can hold up their handmade signs all day long every day if they want to.
They/we have rights – but the only time you hear anything about constitutional rights out of the mouths of this administration and this congress is when it pertains to terrorists. But when it comes to the American people, I have not heard anything about rights.
But I am sure there are the best of the best in police power taking care of these little you know whats (I restrain myself) and if by chance somebody has left a message on their answering machine that they are a POS, then I am sure these folks can be rounded up, dragged out of their homes, put in handcuffs and arrested, read their Miranda Rights, assigned a lawyer, and then go about proving they broke the law since they will be cloaked in the presumption of innocence, with the right to face their accuser(s).
I heard somebody mention Moses and Aaron the other day referring to someone in the democrat ranks. Well, since Moses was mentioned, it might be good to look at that 9th commandment. Think about that for a minute. And tell me there is not a concerted effort being waged to lie against innocent people, lies being promoted and spread by the media. These people are being slandered, their character being defamed, only because they are exercising their rights and expressing an opinion in opposition to the opinion of the powers that be.
Take a look at this video showing David Shuster of MSNBC going after an African American man trying to tell him he had been to hundreds of tea parties and never saw any violence or anything racist. Outrageous. Dishonest. And he did not want to hear the truth. So who is the hater? They have managed to keep this going, all day every day, now for five days, and they just threw some more coals on the fire today.
