FOXNEWS: 4,043,000 viewers (1,130,000 in A25-54)

MSNBC: 974,000 viewers(308,000 in A25-54)

HEADLINE NEWS: 842,000 viewers(341,000 in A25-54)

CNN: 826,000 viewers (227,000 in A25-54)...

These numbers are not surprising – if you wanted to see any coverage at all to speak of, you had to watch FOX.  Corzine was giving his concession speech – CNN was not covering it – MSNBC was not covering it either.  Then when Christie came out to give his acceptance speech, again, only on FOX.  The other two were just going on and on with their little opinions about everything.  That is really not coverage.

But the difference between FOX at 4,000,000 to its nearest competitor, MSNBC, at 974,000 is just stunning.  The public is speaking at the polls and it is also speaking with the tv dial.  And, that, in spite of the fact the White House has declared FOX is not a real news channel.

Okay.  Fine.  And I just read that Pelosi says the dems won last night and they are going headlong ahead on healthcare.   They are not listening.

Drudge had an ad up a little earlier placed by a private citizen to call the Capitol tomorrow to protest the healthcare bill – (202) 224-3121.  That is if you can’t be there on the Capitol steps at noon in person.

Michelle fights obesity – to make cameo on Iron Chef America

Here’s a sure cure for obesity and it won’t cost a thing.  Keep this picture handy and when you feel hungry, take it out as you try to eat that turnip casserole, or anything else for that matter.  The pounds should fall right off.michellecookingorange dress

After the chefs finished foraging for vegetables in the White House garden, the first lady came out to make a cameo in the episode (wearing a pumpkin-orange dress with teal blue shoes and short sweater!) and talked about her crusade to reduce childhood obesity through better school lunches, community gardens, farmers’ markets and exercise. Iron Chef America is watched by over a million viewers, and off-camera the first lady told the chefs, “This is huge. It is going a long way to help change the way this country thinks about food. I want you to come back.”

I think Michelle is recommending the sweet potato casserole, apparently an Obama favorite.
