President speaks at Notre Dame, calls for open hearts and open minds

Today at Notre Dame POTUS implored the University of Notre Dame’s graduating class and all in the U.S. to stop “reducing those with differing views to caricature.”  He called for “Open hearts. Open minds. Fair-minded words.”

Meanwhile, prior to his address, at least 27 people were arrested on trespassing charges, including Norma McCorvey, the plaintiff in Roe vs Wade, who now opposes abortion.

And Friday, as I posted previously, 21 others, including Alan Keyes and a catholic priest were arrested and are today still IN JAIL.  Here’s a video of the arrest of the elderly priest who was peacefully trying to uphold what is catholic doctrine on the grounds of a catholic university.

This will break your heart.  The land of the free?  These police should exercise a little civil disobedience and refuse to do this.

I’m sure you won’t see this on the mainstream media.  But it did happen on Friday, May 15, 2009, in the United States of America.

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil.”  Isaiah 5:20
